We give shape to your products through deep drawing.

Metal deep drawing using iron, stainless steel, copper, brass, titanium and aluminium allows us to deform the sheet metal to obtain parts in a range of shapes. We carry out a cold process, using hydraulic presses that support the work of the lathes. During processing, the press pushes the sheet metal into a die that acts as a mould and shapes the sheet into the desired form.

Metal deep drawing allows us to obtain more precise results in terms of shape and size and also guarantees two main advantages: the strength and reliability of the products worked. This particular process actually allows us to create objects in a single piece of sheet metal, without joints, therefore making them more robust and with greater impact resistance. As a result, deep drawing is a technological process indicated for industrial sectors that need high precision components.

SIZE PRECISION

Thanks to deep drawing we can obtain precise and replicable shapes and sizes, thus guaranteeing the quality of the finished products and facilitating the assembly process.

GREATER RESISTANCE

The objects made are more resistant and reliable thanks to the absence of joints and the greater density of the material.

VERSATILITY

Deep drawing can be used on all metals and alloys, thus a wide range of objects in many sectors can be made.

GREATER DEPTHS

Deep Drawing allows for the creation of details with greater heights or depths, useful for the production of large components.
