We perform metal removal mechanical machining using CNC lathes, milling cutters and machining centres. In particular, we focus on drilling and threading, two surface machining processes for chip removal. Specifically, as the name suggests, the first allows us to drill a hole in the work piece and may include centring (identification of the axis), widening (increase in diameter) and boring (finishing operation) phases; the second, on the other hand, allows us to create a helical projection on the metal piece (external thread) or a helical groove (internal threads). We also manufacture various types of tools and moulds by means of specific mechanical machining.
